Harm Reduction 
Working Group 2025

The Chicago Harm Reduction Working Group Project was launched in July 2025 by the Illinois Harm Reduction and Recovery Coalition (IHRRC), with support from the Polk Bros. Foundation, to strengthen Black, Brown, and Indigenous-led harm reduction efforts on Chicago’s South and West Sides.
